2015.08.08 Mejibray:「VENOMS.app」Little Hearts Shinjuku Instore Event & Kawaii Monster Cafe

This was the first Mejibray instore event I went to. As usual, I was nearly late. I got to little Hearts store 10 minutes before it started, which was very late because the ticket says to be there 30 minutes before the event starts. So I was stuck standing in the back because of that. Everything was just so new to me and I had absolutely no idea what was going on. 

So finally, they came out and they were sitting in this line up:

Meto Mia Tsuzuku Koichi

I was very excited to see how these beautiful people are in real life. Their photos just looks too perfect to be real. Ofcourse in real life, they look real. They look less "heavenly" gorgeous however, they look like human beings for sure! Koichi's face looked very white and cakey from the heavy foundation&powder but he's still so pretty and I still <3 him lots!!! He looks more boyish in real life. Tzk looked very scary and weird with so much dark make up but I honestly think he's very good looking with less makeup. Mia looked the best out of the 4 in real life and he had on neutral make up so it makes him so handsome the humanly way. And Meto, I have nothing else to say about this human doll except for he looks so cute!!! 

I just had so much thoughts about how they look in real life compared to in photos. I didn't even think about  that for other bands, maybe for Mejibray, my mind just functions differently. But yeah how I do I say this, I was checking these guys out from top to bottom and from bottom to top *LMAO. I mean no harm...*. I've always thought Koichi has the slimmest legs, but it seems like Mia has the slimmest legs. 

Anyways, I was just a bit too excited to see them in real life!

So they started self introduction(They said everything in Japanese during the talk but I just wrote the English translation of it):

Koichi: I'm the bassist, Koichi desu!

Tzk: I'm Koichi.

Mia: I'm Koichi, the bassist desuyo~

Meto: .... (He does not talk. He just help up a drawing pad with pictures or words on there as his replies)

MC: Ok! *laugh laugh* We have 3 bassist and 1 drummer!

Then, the question section started and the MC asked Mejibray some questions that the fans submitted at the instore. (I did not write one.) 

One of the questions were: What are some good memories from this summer?

I was not able to fully understand the answer for this one but everyone seemed to be struggling to give a reply. Koichi took the longest time thinking and saying he isn't really sure. *LOL*

I was not able to understand all the other questions but I remember for one of them, Meto draw a cube-like picture with a cute face on it as an answer. It was so cute!

So everything was new to me because it was my first Mejibray instore. 

Here are the things I've observed:

- Meto doesn't talk at all, he replies with a drawing or writing on his drawing pad

- For one of the questions, the speaker has forgotten to ask Meto for his answer. It seems like Meto had already written/drawn an answer on his drawing pad because he was going to turn his drawing pad around to show us but the speaker just went on to the next question without noticing. Meto and Mia were giving each other this face of: "that woman forgot about asking me/Meto!".

- Tzk and Koichi were the ones laughing and talking for most of the instore. Mia and Meto were just kind of looking bored. 

- Koichi was constantly smiling! (He has the most beautiful smile <3)

- Mia always have this calm/cool aura around him.

So after the talk, we were all told to line up at the stairs outside of the store to go in for the signing event. I think I remembering my ticket number was 70+ so I was kind of in the middle. At that moment, I was in a mode of panic. Before that day, I did not know that they don't sell chekis until after the event so I had nothing for them to sign. I did not bring my cd's or chekis because I thought that I could buy chekis and get those sign on the same day... Well, there goes my stupidity. So I was digging through my bag thinking of what I want to have them sign instead. In the end, I had no choice but to have them sign my iPhone(which I kind of wanted to reserve for Lycaon to sign....). 

It was very awkward meeting them because in my opinion, they didn't seem very welcoming. They all have this arrogant aura around them. The first person I went to was Koichi. I felt so rude to be just staring at his face but I'm just very happy to see him in real life. He looks so human, his facial features are so beautiful. I handed him my phone and he asked me where I wanted him to sign it. I guess I was too nervous to reply at all so I just kinda ... yeah. No reaction from me, haha. He just kinda signed it on the bottom left cause he figured I was only holding my phone so he assumed I wanted other members to sign my phone as well(I'm so sorry Koichi... I was too nervous to see you). Lastly, I had a handshake with Koichi.

And then I moved on to Tzk, he just looked at me expecting me to say hi first. I was kind of intimidated because I was expecting a greeting from him first. Ok fine, I didn't care. I just said hi and gave him my phone and he signed it, we shook hands, and I said thanks.

And then to Mia. Gosh, I was super excited to see Mia because he's so beautiful, like a prince. I said hi to Mia and gave him my phone to sign. And then we shook hands. That was when my <3 for him entirely dropped to the bottom of the cliff. While I shook hands with him, I also told him that I'm very happy because Mia's my #1 (Well, he was my #1 up to that day,,..). He said, "Oh, really?" while giving me this uninterested face and releasing my hands. At that moment, I was kind of feeling "hurt" because he doesn't seem like he cares and the fact that he was releasing my hands so fast with such a loose handshake in the first place made me felt a bit.... unwanted/rejected as a fan. All I expected was a normal handshake but it didn't felt sincere at all.

Lastly, on to Meto, I said hi, he nodded, and I gave him my phone to sign. We shook hands. I said thanks and that was the end of it. Everything was somewhat... awkward and weird. 

They were selling chekis at a table to the right of Meto and I bought 20 chekis. To my surprise, I got 13 Tzk, 2 Koichi, 2 Mia, and 3 Meto. I sold 1 Mia and 1 Meto. And I've also traded/sold 10 Tzk's. I really don't need that much Tzk... I had the weirdest luck for Tzk chekis. Last time I only got 1 Tzk cheki...

          I got the Koichi cheki signed at the 8/16/2015 instore event.

Overall, I did not have a super positive impression of Mejibray, especially Tzk and Mia. Since that day I was mainly too focused on Lycaon. I guess I only like their music and looks, not their personality and attitudes. I know I shouldn't care so much because many bands are like this but.... no. Fandom isn't supposed to be forced, whenever I'm most happy at, that'll be where I will settle. Or maybe the truth is, I don't like Mejibray enough to like them with unconditional fangirl love. (I do not need attention from bands in order for me to like them. Yuuki for example never much gave me attention, it's his voice and music that really got me go crazy for him. Music can really touches someone's heart and from reading Yuuki's interviews, him as a person is someone I look up to.)

After the instore, I met up with two girls that I met on facebook to go to the Kawaii Monster Cafe (Yes, I am going there again!) It was so funny because when I went in again and saw Monster Boy again, we acted like we've known each other for ages and like, hugged and said hi and was delighted to see each other! LMAO! Seriously, like to silly idiots. Ah, life was fun. It's like even though these are not friendships, that whole moment was worth remembering because I had fun.

At some point of my day, I ate this without remembering when. This place was near Sakura House, SO GOOD!

Yeaaaah~! I'm back bitches!

You press the button on the area you want to sit at! This time, we sat at Mel-Tea Room. (Last time, Mushroom Disco)

Her personality is the cutest! I really like her! It was so funny because while she and I were taking selfies together, I told her that I will be going back to American soon and she had the cutest reaction and said that she will miss me! Which mad everyone track up because like DUDE, WE JUST MET!? Ah but I really like her!!!

Yeahhhh~ I love selfies. Haha~ Monster Boy figured it out and was like telling the fish girl, "She likes taking selfies!" LOL! He's my favorite Kawaii Monster Model/Staff!!!! He's so cute!

LMAO! I love the opposite expressions on his face. The smiling picture was taken unexpectedly because I think he thought the photo was done and he's back to his non-posing-in-front-of-the-camera normal happy self, haha! Though I love this accidental picture the best! It shows really who he is! This was taken right before we left, I asked to take one last photo, this time hugging. Damn he prob though I'm such an annoying girl who likes to take photos with him every time I see him at the cafe!

Before we left, I bought a 500 yen mirror that they were selling. It's so cute! And also, the staff came out to say bye to us! Such nice people <3

This time I also did a video because I feel only a video can capture the atmosphere and the loveliness of the cafe! It was so funny because Monster Boy thought I was taking a picture and he was posing and I said video and haha!! His laughter was too cute!

The carousel in the middle of the cafe is my favorite part! It is so beautiful, if only I can use this cafe as a house, this is like my world. This is all I ask for, for this meantime~ teehee
