2016.10.22 Matenrou Opera:「PHOENIX RISING」SHIBUYA TSUTAYA Instore Event & Day with Julia

Before I headed out the airbnb home, my neighbor-san gave me some fruits for breakfast because I said I was hungry and no time to get food. So sweet of her! Thank you!

Today I met up with Julia and we first had lunch together at this Japanese place! It's the same place that Carla and I went to last year ^^!! I love that place but I could never remember where it is. Thankfully Julia took me there again! One of the chutoro nigiris are soooo good! Well most of the food there are so good! And the best thing of all, the prices are cheap and food is super good!

Ugh, I ate so much... as if I've never eaten anything in my life (hahaaha) and that bowl of rice... I accidentally clicked/ordered it without knowing.

【 Matenrou Opera「PHOENIX RISING」Instore Event】

After we ate, I had to go to Matenrou Opera instore. Honestly I was super nervous and I kind of wanted to back out last minute lol! But Julia was pushing me inside the store saying I should just go so I kinda just went. So I paid for my cd and then lined up near the instore place and it turns out that I am the second in line... Well actually I was just standing at a random area because I didn't know where else to wait but then it turns out that I am second in line before I know it. Throughout the whole time, I was super super super nervous! It was my first time going to a Matenrou Opera instore ever!

When I was lining up, I saw the members walk inside the signing area place!!!!! My gawd, Sono looked so good! So the members are ready and it's time for the event to start.

The seating arrangement was like this:

Since it was literally signing and handshake only, everything went by very fast. Before it was my turn, there was this lady with her baby. After Sono signed her phone, Sono was gently caressing the baby's face. That action completely melted my heart, like Sono seems like such a gentle person! When it was my turn, I was completely just.... emptied brained. I wanted to say something to Sono but I didn't know what to say and everything was just too ... well... my Japaenese wasn't good enough... I didn't know when it was best to say something to him. I waited till he's done signing and then I told him I'm from America and he responded with something short that I forgot what and I said I really like him. I forgot if he replied me about that or not but then anyways, I think he wanted to reply to when I told him I am from America. He literally said the first word to the thing he was going to say to me but somehow he stopped and didn't finish it .... why....????? Or maybe it was because I was already walking on to the next person or what? >< But anyways, so there's so little interaction with him however, his eyes are very gentle and nice. And his aura is very good, nothing rude nor anything but I just fail at communications (><;) I couldn't remember much anymore but I just couldn't get myself to stare at him for too long. I was technically super scared to look at any of them for too long of a time.. but Sono looks so kakkoi <3 I literally just said ありがとうございます！to the rest of the members only except I tried to attempt to tell Yu that he's kakkoi but I failed I think. OH WELL. I forgot to mention, I had them sign my poster that came as a bonus from purchasing the cd. I love Sono's so much, like so so much! I accidentally smudged Ayame's a lil bit.. Sorry!!!! But it was a nerve-wrecking instore for me because it is my first one of the year and I forgot all my Japanese and yeah... And I walked out of the instore still shaking when I came out to Julia who was waiting for me outside.

This was my first time meeting Matenrou Opera and actually just my second time seeing them in real life!!! It was my dream since/from 2008~2010 to meet Sono and see him in real life!!!!! I finally got the chance to! Although now my main focus isn't Matenrou Opera anymore and I was so sure if I had met them back in 2009~ I would have been reacting with an even worst reaction but I'm so glad I still got to meet them now! Better late then never right?!!!

After the instore Julia and I went to "look for Yuuki" at stores where they sell Merry Hopping Zoo jewelries that Yuuki wore before. We first checked out a store called Dog. That store is creepy as efffff! And nope, we couldn't find any Merry Hopping Zoo jewelries being sold. Boohoo, so we decided to go to the Nude Rude store to look for it but we didn't have time since it's not in Harajuku area.

We then walked to a clothing store called Kingly Mask where Chisa (and also Jin of Screw) modeled/did collab clothing with. Julia found the hoodie that Chisa modeled for and she bought it. The cashier was actually the designer of that shirt! LOOL he was asking Julia how she knew about this store etc and such and such and then he asked to take a picture with her. They also told me to get in the picture too but I was being a dumb shit as if I had no more control of my mouth and just waved my hand and walked away as a sign of I didn't want to be in the picture.. Actually I did wanted to be in the picture. WHY DID MY BODY NOT DO WHAT MY MIND WANTS..!??

Anyways after that, we just decided to go to Closet Child to look for chekis and I bought so much chekis and some cd's... like omg =.= I bought like 6 Kouki, 3 Kazuki, and 4 Mia chekis... They were cheap though!!!! <3 Yes the Mia's are really "ugly" but that's the reason I got them. They were just 100 yen each and Mia looks so fucking ridiculous....ly funny.

After that, we got some sweets~

We saw people holding these big pretty cotton candies! And also, I REALLY WANT THIS HOODIE BUT IT'S ONE SIZE and I think I don't fit in it so I didn't even bother.

And after that, we went to take purikura!!! LOL Julia so cute cute la! And we love how the puris turned out!!!! They are so cute! I love so many of them! And I really like Julia's smile!!!!! She's from head to toe dressed in dark colors... more like just black however, she always have a brilliant smile <3 I really love that. Like outside dark but inside is colorful!

At first we wanted to go to the Monster Cafe first but then they weren't open... so we went to the Pomponpurin Cafe instead. I only got desert because I wanted to try it so badly and I wanted pudding. LOOOL Me and Julia were there for like around 2 hours and we talked so loud.... I felt the staff didn't like us much haha! Opps...
