2017.11.15 Gram & Cafe Yu & Dontonburi in Osaka

I was looking forward to this day because I haven't seen Anna for about 5 years!!! So many things happened between then and now. She's gotten married, got back to school, etc. We kept in contact online however, it was just not the same as actually being able to meet up! I miss her so much and she was like one of my of BFF in middle school. And finally we were able to reunite at last~~! muahaha! We planned to go to Gram, Cafe Yu, and Dontonburi. So many things to do in such a short day but we will make it happen!

I literally came to Osaka from Tokyo on a night bus so I didn't get enough sleep but that doesn't stop me from enjoying my day. I am full of energy when I eat food! I had a mini veggie salad and juice as breakfast before I went to Gram to meet up with Anna at around 3 PM. I WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE I'VE NEVER HAD FLUFFY PANCAKES BEFORE.. OMG. The pancake GIGGLES! THAT'S HOW FLUFFY IT IS. THAT'S HOW AMAZING IT IS. It tasted very nice too!!!! Because each person is required to get an item, we also got a seasonal pancake to try as well. It's yam flavored! I think it's pretty healthy but my favorite one is the fluffy pancake!

After we got pancakes, we walked around a bit and headed to Cafe Yu. I think I was coffee overloaded because I got a normal latte for the latter art even though I'd rather drink matcha latte and I got affogoto. I really like Cafe Yu because it was very cozy, the food was good, and all the dishware they use are handmade by them. Anna and I decided to each buy a cup as friendship cups. Although the type of cup we each bought wasn't the same, it's still handmade from this cafe.

Lastly, we headed to Dontonburi. I'VE BEEN CRAVING FOR TAKOYAKI FROM HERE SINCE FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. IT'S LITERALLY THE BEST. IN GENERAL, OSAKA HAS THE BEST TAKOYAKI IN MY OPINION <3
